How do I return an item?

When will my return request be accepted?

Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be processed + approved. Once approved, you will receive an email from Shopify with next steps. SSO does not provide return shipping labels.

How do I exchange an item?

SSO does not provide direct exchanges, please submit a return request + place a new order.

How long will my refund take?

Please allow up to 2 business days for a return to be approved at the SSO warehouse. Once approved, SSO requires 5 business days to process the refund. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

When will I receive my order?
